I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a past experience I had with your store and to seek a resolution for a long-standing issue with a Louis Vuitton wallet that I purchased a decade ago.
As a dedicated customer of Louis Vuitton for numerous years, I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be rectified.
Approximately four years ago, I visited the Louis Vuitton store in Manhasset to address a concerning issue with the aforementioned wallet. Despite my expectations of receiving assistance and repair options, the encounter left me deeply disheartened. Regrettably, the staff informed me that there was nothing they could do and promptly escorted me out of the store. The lack of empathy and the dismissive attitude displayed towards my concern was both surprising and distressing.
Recently, a colleague of mine encountered a similar issue with his Louis Vuitton wallet.
To my astonishment, he was able to have his wallet repaired at no charge, leading me to question the inconsistency in treatment and resolution between our experiences. This stark contrast amplifies the emotional impact of my encounter at your store and has compounded my dissatisfaction over the years.
Enclosed with this email, you will find photographs showcasing the deterioration and flaws in my wallet, which I believe warrant your attention. These images serve as evidence of the unfortunate condition my wallet has gradually deteriorated into over time. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review the provided visuals to better understand the nature and extent of the issues.
I write to you now, prior to pursuing further action through channels like the Better Business Bureau, in the hopes that we can address this matter amicably and find a suitable resolution.
As a loyal customer, I have always held Louis Vuitton in high regard and considered myself an advocate for your brand. However, the disheartening experience I encountered years ago and the subsequent disparate treatment have challenged my perception and loyalty.
I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding my wallet, taking into account the pictures provided, and respond with a fair and equitable solution. Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with Louis Vuitton. As a loyal customer and an avid supporter of your brand, I expected a level of service and respect commensurate with the significant investment I made in purchasing two Louis Vuitton bags, totaling over $7000. Unfortunately, my encounter with your customer service representative and the subsequent refusal to process my return have left me deeply dissatisfied.
On May 27th, 2023, I made the decision to invest in two Louis Vuitton bags from the Cherry Creek Mall Denver Colorado, located at 3000 E 1st Ave. At the time of purchase, I was reassured by the store staff that I would have the option to return the items within the 30-day return policy window if I encountered any issues or was dissatisfied with my purchase. This policy was a contributing factor to my decision to invest such a substantial amount of money in your brand.
Within the 30-day return period and in accordance with your stated return policy, I immediately contacted the Louis Vuitton customer service team to initiate the return process. Regrettably, I was met with hostility and rudeness from Marco, the customer service representative with whom I spoke. Not only did he dismiss my concerns outright, but he also blatantly rejected my request to return the bags, despite being well within the specified return policy period.
This behavior from a representative of a prestigious luxury brand like Louis Vuitton is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and fairness. Marco's rude and dismissive attitude not only failed to address my concerns but also created a highly unpleasant and disheartening experience.
In light of these circumstances, I am left with no choice but to register this formal complaint and request immediate action to rectify the situation. I expect the following steps to be taken:
1.An immediate reversal of the decision to refuse the return of the two brand-new bags in accordance with the 30-day return policy.
2.A formal apology from Marco for his unprofessional behavior and disregard for customer satisfaction.
3.A thorough review of customer service training and protocols to ensure that all representatives uphold the values and standards of Louis Vuitton.
I urge you to recognize the severity of this matter and take appropriate action promptly. Failure to address these concerns adequately will inevitably tarnish the reputation and trust customers have placed in the Louis Vuitton brand. I have always been a devoted supporter of Louis Vuitton, and I sincerely hope that this unfortunate incident will be resolved amicably, allowing me to continue enjoying the quality and luxury your brand represents.

No contact or apologies from LV. They do not care about customers
I believe that things I experienced can never happen In Louis Vuitton store. To begin with I made a purchase of a boots for my wife on the 14/12/2022, that was quite an issue, looked like there is a mess in the system since items in the system did not match the actual stock.
After finally finding the item, the one in stock and making the purchase we were informed there is no packaging box for our item, boots. But it can be separately picked up the next day.
Not very pleasant situation, thou I sent my driver to pick up it the next day. The package was not available again. And in the evening next day I came myself to pick up the box and look around to some other things.
Store assistant Nursultan told me they do not have box yet, and I have to wait a few days.
I asked to invite a store manager (looks managers are from Moscow in these days since Moscow store is closed, and they do not know the regular loyal clients of the store at all). The manager, Nikolai told me I have to wait. For a box from my purchased boots!
When I made it clear that I do not accept why do I have to hunt my already purchased package and why no one told me it does not exist before I made a purchase, I was offered to return the goods! Of course, since they sell tones to Russia that is under sanctions, they seem not to care about local customers anymore.
After telling the manager that selling goods without packaging is not acceptable, and I want my package now, manager Nikolai said that he promised tomorrow I can pick it up.
So I have to drive again another day for my package! The box! Sorry for my wife likes to keep her boots in these boxes.
When I asked the manager to deliver me the package home at least, he promised to do so (like the first sales person the day before promised to give the box the next morning). Then the store manager said he is busy with another customer, and I will get it all arranged with the sales person I initially started (Nursultan).
But the sales person told me he can not guarantee delivery the next day, even the day after the next day. And I asked him and manager together to discuss that issue again.
Magic!
He brought me the package, the box for the boots in 10 minutes.
No excuses from store manager, neither sales, they finally got rid of a noisy fly.
What kind of games this store is playing I wonder? How they can still be a Louis Vuitton store after all, with such an attitude towards loyal customers?

I complaining about LV atelier in Costa Mesa. First, employee act as she entitled she would push me off from atelier when I came to ask question to keep waiting me for service when I have questions first.
Second they would say their opinion about my initials size as a state and there is no other option. Since I have similar purse and similar size initial I asked are you the one who actually do stamp? They said that no and I asked to call a person who actually do that to confirm. And they immediately change their mind and says that can do.
What is that treatment? If you dont you job why you rejecting you do what customer ask without even ask a technician?
This disrespectful and unprofessional not acceptable from high end brand. I was your customer for long time but after this is not going to spend a dollar and would not recommend any from my friends to buy.

at LV, said I could get it repaired for $700, but there were no guarantees. I will never buy LV again, I will be buying more Gucci.
