Zippy Wallet
Hello, My Name is Giuseppina Dasilva and my daughters name is Bianca Dasilva. Bianca Dasilva Purchased a bag NEVERF MM in October 2, 2014 at Bloomingdales in White Plains New York which she’s love the bag.
Then she went in February to Purchase the Z. Wallet at the same location. Bianca also bought a lovely mens wallet at the same place in March 21,2016.The Z.Wallet has been a night mare they had two repair this wallet twice already. I took the Z.wallet back in December of 2017 at Bloomingdales and the gentleman told me that is not normal to have the wallet repair twice he did take photos and email the corprate office.
I never heard back from the store at Bloomingdales to let me know what is going on with the Z wallet. I went back into the store on January 6, 2018 to check up on the Z. wallet and they gentleman told me that he is really sorry with the holiday its been crazy but not to worry someone will contact you the next day. As of January 30, 2018 no-one contacted me….
I wide up going back the third time into the store at Bloomingdales.At this point I was lived. I did speak to a lovely lady name Kritina Ciuti at the store and she did email someone in front of me and told me and my daughter to return in 15 minute she will have an answer for me if they are going to replace the wallet or fix it. After returning to the sore the answer was they are going to fix it. I am so disappointing after spending almost $3000 for all of the items.
How can they not replace a new wallet having it repair three times is not acceptable? I just keep getting the running around. I also spoke to three mangers they promise me they will call me back and never did. If I do not feel satisfied with your company at the end of our correspondence, I will be forced to take further action.
I hope that you can redeem yourself as a company because as of right now I would not recommend you to a friend. Mrs Dasilva

Louis Vuitton Bad Customer Service
Our family has purchased over $30,000 in the past 5 years from Louis Vuitton at various retail stores. We purchased to ensure high quality and good customer service.
We had our first experience with customer service and found out it is terrible. My $700 sunglasses were dropped on the floor after owning them for 3 years and the lens was scratched. We went to the retail store in South Coast Plaza California and sent them out for repair. They kept them for 5 weeks (normal turnaround time 4 to 6 weeks) and returned them unrepaired indicating that the frame is slightly bent and they refuse to put lens in.
I requested that they sell me the spare part(lens) and I am happy to put it in. I made this request via telephone to customer support. After placing me on hold for 30 minutes, Nicole at Customer Support said she was unable to reach anyone to get permission and would call me back within 48 hours. Well 5 days later, no call.
I called support and reached Nick. After another 30 minutes of being placed on hold I received the same answer (we cannot reach anyone and will get back to you). This time it was set for escalation and I was told a call back would occur within 24 hours. Julian H.
did call back 27 hours later and told me that they will not give me the lens and cannot help me. Terrible customer service that wasted my time and energy for a perfectly good pair of glasses. They would not even give me the lens and let me pay for it on my own. I asked WHY and they said it their policy.
They were only trying to make more money off of me to buy a new pair and waste my time with all these calls. Never buy sunglasses from them.
Other makers have fantastic service (Oakley, Gucci, etc.). I have experienced far better service.
LV Terrible Customer Service
I typically shop at the LV in Cherry Creek Colorado. November 5th I went to pick up a bag that I had paid to get the piping redone.
When I dropped it off the sales lady told me she would rub something on the piping to help I age like the rest of the bad. When I went to pick it up of course that lady was not there. The sales lady that WAS there said that they do not ever offer that service. In fact she told me that I can call my original sales rep in my own time to work out the details.
Really? I spent $3k on a bag and this is the level of customer service I receive? Then the sales lady was quick to tell me that the bag I had repaired was a discontinued bag, When I said that was not satisfactory to me they were like oh well we will call her. Nonetheless, my bag is still at the store and we are still waiting to here form the lady that told me this.
Even if the lady was wrong for telling me this, LV should still offer to honor what she said. Why am I being punished for what their employee said. I mean it would take 3 seconds to run oil on my bag and make me a happy customer I am a professional and pride myself in the way that I look. I shop at Louis Vuitton so that I can stand out and give the impression of someone that likes nice things.
Being as Louis Vuitton is a high end store, I also expect high end customer service. The fact that no one took me or my complaint seriously is upsetting. If I expected Walmart level customer service, I would shop there. An acceptable response would have been for the sales lady to say, you know what that is not our normal practice but since you were told that, I will get some oil and put it on your bag for you.
Can you come back in a couple hours? I would have welcomed that response and felt like a valued customer. Instead I was told to call the lady that sold me the bag on her cell phone on her day off! Really?
She deals with hundreds of customers, I'm sure she does not remember me. She is an employee of LV, if anything LV should have called her! This is completely unacceptable.
I will continue writing letters until my issue is resolved. I am deeply disappointed at the unprofessional manner in which I was treated and poor level of customer service from such a high end store.

Missing Louis Vuitton bsg
My daughter and I purchased two bags from the Louis Vuitton store in Towson mall they took the bags to the back and gift rapped them. When we got home and my daughter decided to open her box for my husband to see her bag when she open the box it was no bag inside they did not put her bag in the box we had to drive over thirty minutes back to the store and convinced the lady’s that they didn’t put the bag in the box.
They found the bag and apologized but I just thank god that my husband asked to see the bag because if not we would’ve put them under our Christmas tree until Christmas Day ... I’m so scared to trust your Louis Vuitton store again and I’m making sure I let everyone I know aware of this incident so it don’t happen to them ,if we would’ve waited to open the box we wouldn’t been able to prove they didn’t give them to us ...

HORRIBLE customer service
How could such a HORRIBLE service company still in business! My story: Placed an online order and pick up in store.
Called in to the store to cancel b/c recipient does not like the style. Would not allow to cancel. Called customer service the first time, rep said to process the refund. Called in again after a week with no refund and rep said no record of conversation for processing refund.
I have not experienced such bad customer service from other companies.
What do they stand to gain besides upset customers? Other companies strike for customer satisfaction and this company goes the opposite direction.

Disgusting customer service!!!
Words can't even describe how nasty the employees are and how much of an attitude they have with you. When you walk in, they purposely ignore you as If they never saw you and look the other way!!
god for bid you want to pay a couple thousand dollars and they treat you like you just walked into Sears!! I am big on high end designers and never have I gotten such a disgusting experience from a high end designer store. First of all when you enter the store, you are left standing there alone because no one gives too *** about you and they will give you nasty looks on top of that! After standing there for god knows how long, you have to personally go and find help from one of the employees and BEG for them to help you!!!!
This has happened to me every single time!! For example, one time I went in there, found this male employee who had stick up his *** and asked them if they had Louis Vuitton phone cases available. He looked at me and than ignored me as I was standing right in front of him.
Than he looked up at me and said, 'YEAH GO FIND IT' Another time I was buying a couple thousand dollar bag and I was trying it on and asking questions before my purchase and the lady was literally giving me attitude about asking her questions!! And the list goes on of several other disgusting behavior I have seen from there employees toward me and customers.
I have purchased several bags from Louie Vuitton in Dallas Tx off Park Lane (North Park Mall).
I noticed the piping on one of my bags was torn. I decided to take the bag to LV in North Park Mall.
I was told it would cost $180+ to repair the bag. I have spent over $6,000 at that store and this is how they treat their supposedly valued customers. The bag still looks new, its the workmanship of the bag. I will not purchase another bag from them.
I will go the Gucci moving forward. I am sure they don't treat their customers like they aren't worthy of good customer service.
I guess it's the name that I paid for....the quality of the bags are cheaply made. I have other designer bags that didn't cost near as much and they have kept well.
Reservation POCHETTE Metis - ATROCIOUS SERVICE
Hello I will start my email saying that just like a lot of women I'm a handbag lover. Fortunately I have so many designers bags in my collection such as Christian Dior, Givenchy, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Valentino and of coarse Louis Vuitton.
I have to be honest and say I was just starting to get into the label. Unfortunately today your customer service has made me change my mind and below is the reason why On Wednesday 19th July, I received a phone call from a LV customer service representative to let me know the bag I had reserved weeks ago (Pochette Metis) was available and ready for collection from your Birmingham Store, and that they would hold the bag for me till Friday 21st July. Trusting I had 2 days to collect the bag I left work early today (Friday 21st July) and travelled all the way to Birmingham, with the only purpose of collecting the bag!!!!. I arrived at the Birmingham Store and to my surprise the bag was no longer available, as one of your employees obviously didn't bother to respect the deadline, and they sold the bag in the morning.
They only offered to put me back onto the end of the waiting list - which was very "kind of them". To my surprise my biggest disappointment was not that I didn't get the bag, but the fact that you can dare to waste my time and money just like that, and not actually caring about the customer. As you can see from your records I live quite a distance from Birmingham and I had to travel. I had to leave work early, spend money buying train tickets and car park tickets at the train station and all for NOTHING.
Please explain to me why the deadline was ignored?? I'm sorry but if over the phone your customer service representative told me that they would hold the bag until the 21st then they should keep their promise and hold the bag till the end of the day and not just cancel the reservation and sell it to another customer. Obviously you have no idea how a reservation system works as you are operating a "first come first served" system.

Louis Vuitton - Boots Review
I had purchased a pair of Louis Vuitton boots, and after wearing them for just the 5th time the sole of the boot came off! Can you imagine paying a substantial amount of money for a pair of boots, just to find that their poor quality left me high and dry, flopping around with a broken sole?
How embarrassing! I quickly returned the boots to the store in Beverly Hills, CA only to be shunned by poor customer service and an incompetent sales representative to pathetically inform me that Louis Vuitton's shoes DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY. I was shocked, as I did not ask for the hard earned money that I had spent at their store to be returned to me. I simply wanted my deplorable boot to be fixed or exchanged for something that can at least half heartedly function.
I ended up calling their unscrupulous customer service line for some help, where they deceptively informed me that they would call me back within 24-48 hours with a resolution. After countless and undeserved hours, they met my upsetting expectation and never called me back with a resolution. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Louis Vuitton's miserable quality of material and pitiful customer service is a joke. Save your time and money and spend it elsewhere, like Chanel!
