Verified ReviewerLV Associated Claire at the Saks Cleveland, OH Store
When your employees / reps make a mistake and lie to a customer, they should acknowledge "their" dishonesty and apologize. Deceptive behavior and tactics from LV tarnish the brand.
Because of this unacceptable behavior, I have had to replace the credit card that was used to make my purchase at LV Saks Cleveland, Ohio because I'm not sure if Claire has taken my information and will try to use it for herself. If she lied about having the item in her store, lied about the item already being shipped to me...she would probably try to use my card and lie about that too.
I called in asking if I could speak to a manager / regional manager and was informed that my info would be forwarded onto the store I made the purchase from and that they would submit the info to the next level.
If the store practices deceptive behavior (and I have the text messages to prove them from the LV Associate named Claire), why would they forward my concern to their manager...that concern would go into the trash and I expressed this concern to the CS person I talked on the phone via the 800 number.
Do not work with Claire at the LV Saks store in Cleveland, OH, this is just a warning - and I do have the text messages we exchanged that proves she was deceptive in her actions.
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Do not work with Claire at the LV Saks store in Cleveland, OH as she is very deceptive and lacks integrity. If you don't a product in your store, just say you don't have it and will have to order it! It's really that simple! Yet, you tell me you have it, take my payment and say you will send out next day and two days later I inquire where my product is and you tell me it's on the way. When I ask for the tracking number, which she did send me a text with a picture of the tracking label...not even affixed on the box. When I try to track the item, UPS has no record of it. I'm still confused how Claire at the Saks Fifth Avenue in Cleveland Ohio thinks I should have an item that have never been shipped. She should be fired.

AFTER DOING MAJOR SHOPPING IN THE STORE, I ORDERED ANOTHER BAG AND CASE AFTER I ARRIVED HOME. IT WAS SENT UPS BUT THE PACKAGE WAS BROKE INTO AND MERCHANDISE WAS STOLEN.
I IMMEDIATELY REPORTED IT TO THE SALES PERSON. I HAD IT SENT TO MY BUSINESS, SHE ASKED IF WE HAD CAMERAS, YES, I DOWNLOADED THE VIDEO I HAD OF THE DELIVERY AND SENT IT ALONG WITH PHOTOS. BACK AND FORTH. HAD OUR UPS REP COME OUT INSPECT THE PACKAGE AND DO A REPORT, SENT THAT TO THEM APRIL 18TH..NOTHING.
I HAVE PLACED A CALL TO THE STORE DIRECTOR AND SHE HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALL. THEIR [HIGHLY TRAINED TEAM HAS A PROCESS..REALLY?
I HAVE BEEN SHIPPING PACKAGES WITH UPS FOR 50 YEARS AND KNOW THE PROCEDURE AND IT DOES NOT TAKE THIS LONG IF YOU DO YOUR JOB. ALL I WANT IS A LITTLE COOPERATION TO SOLVE THIS MATTER!

Verified ReviewerHORRENDOUS Customer Service/ Unhappy Client
Great brand-- but LV at Tyson's Galleria in VA lacks customer service. I bought a belt (Jan 20th) and didn't get to wear it in the store due to wearing sweatpants.
It looked fine with the sweats on, but I went home, I tried the belt on with a pair of jeans-- I didn't like it, so I packed it in the box the same night and returned 3 days later. The day after I bought it (along with the day after that), I was sick and in bed rest so I couldn't make it back to the store until the 23rd. When I got to the store, the service advisor was so rude to me and kept arguing that she couldn't refund the belt because it was not in "sellable condition" and "damaged" because the belt hole was "stretched out." (Mind you, logo was fine, belt was straight and not bent-- like it looked flawless) but obviously, when you are trying a belt on and have to close it with the LV pin, what do you think will happen? And she really means to tell me that it was THAT damaged after trying it on ONE time?
She tried to tell me stuff like, "a lot can happen in 3 days," implying that I probably wore it somewhere, damaged it, and wanted to return it. I asked for her manager, she told me "my manager looked at it and said she can't return it." I asked for her manager again, and she brings the manager.. the manager was kind enough and comes and says she didn't see anything wrong and it looked fine and honored my return. The SA started arguing with the manager insisting that it was damaged (LOL, she was really fighting with the manager) in front of me and when the manager stuck with her word to return, the SA got mad and walked away.
So, the manager finished the return transaction off. The SA made this a really embarrassing experience for me in front of others to the point where other customers and SA's were looking at me. And with all due respect, I've bought much more higher priced items from LV and competitor stores which I have kept because I loved, so a belt really didn't matter to me (Point is: if I truly liked/ wanted that belt, I would've kept it). This is not the way to go about business-- and I think I will stick with other brands next time because their customer service is phenomenal compared to yours.
Thank you manager for your help, but your staff sucks and doesn't have customer service skills whatsoever. You definitely lost me as a customer!!
