Louis Vuitton - Never Again
Shawna Soaeai and Lenny Liang know nothing about customer service... When you go to simple companies like Wal-Mart, Costco, or Home Depot and ask for a exchange of a product that is defective, no questions asked...
But, some overpriced outfit like Louis Vuitton gives us crap... Hawaii is not exception, *** like Lenny Liang and Shawna Soakai are prime examples of corporate imbeciles. They havenโt a clue that customers fuel a business, not employeeโs shallow attitude. We have a faulty bag, but screw you is their answer.
Are your kidding When a person pays 2000 for a fโโ bag, it deserves some respect... If not, then screw you on the next bag purchase...

Dear Readers, I just want to add how the LV stores in Hawaii are very closed minded to offering a job opportunity for the transgender community. I went to a final interview few years ago with Dale Ruff for a Sales position that was available.
After my final interview with Dale, he mentioned that the position is already filled. I was very upset and irate wit what happened because he didnโt value my time and she should have told me of their decision before even considering me to come to the final interview. My legal name and gender was not legally changed then. Assuming tha this is the reason why I was not considered for the position as my experienced in a luxury brand qualifies for the position that the store was looking for.
Shawna Soakai on the other hand does not have to courage to be truthful to me that she does not want me to join her team. She makes up a lie saying that they are currently not looking for a candidate to join their sales team and few days later, I see her outside her store interviewing someone for a job.
I hope that the Human Resource team would highly consider looking at this serious matter. Louis Vuittonโs definitely not an equal opportunity for transgenders
