I only buy this crap because my wife has bought into the BS LV story. I paid nearly $2K for a purse which is now full of cracks. When I go to the LV store, they are both sympathetic and apologetic, but in actuality, they are just pathetic. Don't buy this crap. Any purse at Walmart has higher quality.....really!

I tried to purchase a bag for a friend and to ship it to them. I personally called the company after they requested me to give them all of my information and they still declined to ship this as another address. And expensive bag I understand but what more can I do also as a negative there is tax in my state and this also would've cost me an extra 8% on one of these expensive bags.

I tried for 2 days to call LV two stores in Chicago, Illinois. All I got was a recording. Nobody picked up the phone. For a well known store, this is totally a bad customer service. I was calling to ask if the bag that I want to buy for $$$$ is in stock. I guess they lost a sale. A red flag that says a lot about their customer service. I will take my business and my money somewhere else.
